The E-LEAN course consists of training for the application of the tubular system in the different phases or production processes as well as in the factory warehouse. It is aimed at all those involved in continuous improvement, from the operators themselves to the production or logistics managers.
The course has two phases: theoretical or how to "think" about continuous improvement and how to apply the tubular system, and practical or how to realize and manufacture the ideas achieved in the first phase. The course ends with a case study where we will devise, design and assemble a tubular structure.
THEORETICAL
- Identification and learning of the different references and accessories of the system.
- Application of references and accessories to the system, different options.
- Use of the tubular system in workstations, production process, warehouse.
- How to "think" Lean Manufacturing and its application to the tubular system.
- Identification of the points to be improved in the plant.
PRACTICE
- Design standards: maximum loads, deflections, storage capacity.
- External measurements and internal measurements, types of tubes according to their thickness.
- How to design a structure: design guide.
- Ergonomics: design of structures according to ergonomics standards.
- Cutting list: preparation of a cutting list to avoid waste in the system.
- 3D design of a structure (Solid Works).
- Cutting and assembly of the designed structure.
